Warranty Information

CrystalWaveFilter provides a comprehensive warranty to ensure peace of mind and satisfaction with your water purification system.

Warranty Coverage:

  • 5-Year Warranty for all CrystalWaveFilter systems, regardless of domestic or office use.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear or damage resulting from external sources.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by improper installation (unless installed by CrystalWaveFilter professionals)
  • Damage resulting from external plumbing issues or water leaks unrelated to our system
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches or dents) caused by the customer or third parties not associated with CrystalWaveFilter

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your CrystalWaveFilter product within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The system must have no visible damage.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Refund Procedure:

Upon receiving your returned system, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. Provided there is no visible damage, your refund will be processed immediately and issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned system.
