CrystalWaveFilter Maintenance Tips

Proper maintenance ensures your CrystalWaveFilter system remains efficient, provides the highest quality water, and prolongs the lifespan of your system.

Regular Filter Replacement

  • Sediment & Carbon Prefilter (CF) – Replace every 8–12 months
  • Carbon Block Filter (CB) – Replace every 8–12 months
  • Reverse Osmosis Membrane (RO) – Replace every 24–36 months

Timely replacement guarantees optimal purification and consistent water taste. Your CrystalWaveFilter system will clearly indicate when a filter is nearing the end of its lifespan, allowing you sufficient time to prepare for replacement and ensuring uninterrupted high-quality drinking water.

Periodic System Inspection

  • Regularly check for leaks around the fittings and tubing.
  • Ensure fittings are securely fastened, but avoid overtightening.
  • Inspect the drain line monthly to prevent clogs or blockages.

Cleaning Recommendations

  • Wipe down the exterior of your CrystalWaveFilter with a soft, damp cloth monthly to remove dust and dirt.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the system.

System Flushing

After replacing filters or if the system hasn't been used for several weeks, flush the system for 5–10 minutes to ensure water quality.

Monitor Water Quality

Periodically use a TDS meter to check the water purity levels. A noticeable increase in TDS readings may indicate that filters or the membrane require replacement.
